Parking

Please refrain from parking or driving on the grass.

Use of Recreational Areas

The sport court, playground area, and pond are used at your own risk. We strongly recommend adult supervision for children in these areas.

Vehicle

2 vehicles allowed per site, use alternate parking on gravel if needed (ask management). Additional boats, trailers are only allowed with approval from management.

Water

We suggest using a splitter at you hydrant, this allows you to flush the line before turning water on to your RV/Camper. // We suggest using a water pressure regulator on your hydrant. // When leaving for more than a day, please turn off the water hydrant.

Electric Meter Readings for Long Term Campers

Electric meters are read by the 4th, please pay by the 10th, drop box locations - North campus shed - South campus Office (Red Cabin).

Utility Area Maintenance for Long-Term Guests

Long-term guests are responsible for maintaining their lawn and utility area. A self-propelled lawn mower, fuel, and electric weed eaters are available for your use.

Cleanliness

Keep the campground clean- dispose of cigarette butts safely and not on the ground, please ask your guests to do the same

Pet Policy

Pets should be well attended, leashed, and cleaned up after as needed per the contract 🐾

RV septic maintenance

Please help us by using septic-safe products and avoid flushing feminine products, personal hygiene or wipes.

Garbage

No dumping of fish waste or meats. // Please break down boxes to maximize the dumpster capacity. The dumpsters are not to be used for mattresses, grills, etc.

Site modifications

Any site modifications must be approved by management.
